Return Policy

Made-to-Order
All of our products are made to order through our print partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind). Please check sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us at utahoverlandcommunity@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Wrong Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, orders cannot be reshipped until they are returned to Printful. In those cases, you’ll be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at utahoverlandcommunity@gmail.com and we’ll work with Printful to resolve it.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items that cannot be replaced. All other sales are final.
